Thursday, August 27th sees the return of the much anticipated War of the Roses, with our chef Steven taking on executive chef of The Devonshire Arms, Bolton Abbey, Adam Smith, in a battle of the two counties. Lancashire have won it twice in succession, can they make it a hat trick?
Guests will be armed with score cards yet again, detailing each course from both chefs – a starter, a main and a desert. All six courses will be scored individually up until end of service, when either Lancashire or Yorkshire will walk away with victorious!

This year’s special East Meets West dinner will be hosted by Chef Patron, Steven Smith of Freemasons at Wiswell and guest Head Chef Victor Yu from the highly acclaimed Yu Alderley.
