WINE TASTING NOTES

Domaine Michel Chavet & Fils Saint-Veran 2020, France
This wine comes from the chalky-clay soils of the plots on well-exposed hillsides. You will be delighted by its bright, brilliant, yellow colour. The bouquet is redolent of pears and white peaches, with a hint of acacia - and even of grapefruit. In the mouth, it is subtly balanced, being round and lively, with a fresh minerality. To be enjoyed with shellfish, fish, white meats or goat's cheese. As this wine is only very lightly filtered, it may contain a slight deposit, which in no way affects the flavour or the quality.

Château Montaud Rosé 2023, Cotes de Provence, France
Mid salmon in colour, loaded with apricot, strawberry and watermelon aromas. On the delicate, yet flavoursome palate there are citrus notes and hints of greengage. If you are looking for a benchmark, dry Rose – this is your wine.

Real de a Ocho Tinto 2023, Rioja, Spain
Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano and Viura sustainably grown from vines planted in 1978. At altitude, the moderately warm days and cool nights lead the grapes to ripen slowly, resulting in wines that show brighter aromas and more delicate fruit flavours. An elegant and pure style.

Noble One Botrytis Semillon
A medley of quince, fig, honey, crème brûlee and citrus marmalade with a refreshing acidity. Lusciousness but beautifully balanced, a touch of nutty oak adds complexity to the impressive length and style. Noble One has been awarded over 133 Trophies and 410 Gold Medals.
