The aim of the day is for you to have fun, enjoy the craft of cooking, learn ‘hands-on’ whilst being guided by our chefs in a professional kitchen . Learn trade secrets from the best in the business, tips and tricks to further your skills, expert cookery tuition with guidance and support from the whole kitchen team.
