On Thursday 3rd August, John Gillmore from BBC Radio Lancashire will broadcast his show live from The Freemasons! His guests, alongside Chef Owner Steven Smith, will include a number of our local suppliers and producers, who all have a great story to tell and share our love of food and drink.
To celebrate what should be a great afternoon, we’ll be running a special three course menu, for people to come down, dine with us and be part of the show.
For only £20, this is an afternoon not to be missed!
This one off menu is running from 12:00 till 14:15 and includes:
Starter
Courgette – flower filled with Shellfish in Tempura, Strawberry Sauce Vierge
Main
Herdwick Lamb – slow cooked, sticky shoulder, French style peas, sauce of mint
Dessert
Peach – roast with honey and lavender, evaporated milk ice cream, English raspberries
Come and enjoy this fantastic menu for £20, soak up the atmosphere and help us celebrate everything that makes Lancashire great!
Don’t miss out on our tribute to that Great British Institution, the chip shop!
