Chef-patron Steven Smith has created a special menu featuring some of his new dishes on the Seasonal Menu, to run throughout February and March, priced £40 per person.

Steve said: "This menu features some of our most popular new dishes and is designed to provide a true reflection of our food for those not wanting the full Tasting Menu."

Foie Gras: Poached and roast "rhubarb and custard"

Goosnargh Duck: Roast breast, leg meat wantons, turnips and mead, swede gratin

Blood Orange Meringue pie
