Steven Smith will provide the last chance for a professional chef to win the trip of a lifetime when he hosts the final heat of the Visionary Chef of the Year finals at Northampton College on September 19th.
The winning chef in Steven's heat, who has to cook a dish in Freemasons at Wiswell style, will progress to the gala finals on October 20th at the Lakes Hotel School, Kendal, when Steven will be one of 11 celebrity chefs cooking a course alongside his heat winner.
The Pro Chef Training final wins a trip to the restaurant of their choice anywhere in the world.
