Veloute of Jersey Royals, St. Georges Mushrooms,
Poached Pheasant Egg

Starter:
Cornish Crab - Various Radishes, Avocado and Wasabi,
Brown Butter and Passion Fruit

Main:
Loose Birds - Chicken Roasted Breast studded with black garlic,
New Season Asparagus and Morels, Sauce of Foie Gras

Dessert:
Vanilla Slice - Champagne Poached, Yorkshire Rhubarb,
Honeycomb and Cardaman
