The Freemasons' Steven Smith is one of the keenest huntsman in the area, he's itching to get out at the crack of dawn to bag the first grouse of the season. Steven and the team will be shooting and preparing a beautiful bird bounty on the same day – you can't get fresher!
Only 20 places available to be served in Mr Smith's kitchen by Steven and wine matches chosen by our Wine Director Mario Martins.
