We have put together a delicious four course menu, choose from:

English Pea and Parmesan

Scallops - Baked Manx Queenies, Smoked Bacon and Leek, Lancashire Cheese
Ham Hock - Pressing, Mustard and Pineapple, Crispy Hen’s Egg

Aged Beef - Roast Sirloin, Traditional Garnish, Roasting Juices
Nidderdale Lamb - Slow cooked Shoulder, French Style Peas, Sauce of Madeira
Fish of the Day -Simply grilled with Lemon and Brown Butter, Southport potted Shrimps, Heritage Potatoes

English Strawberry - Jelly and Cream
Peach - Roasted with Honey and Lavender, Pistachio Ice Cream
Cheese - Selection of Artisan Cheeses from Premier (£ 5.95 supplement)

We have started taking bookings so contact us early to avoid dissappointment.
