Join us for a week long celebration of British Game this October
The Freemasons Game Week will launch on Tuesday 23 October with a five course signature menu by Michelin-starred Michael Wignall from the five-Rosette, Pennyhill Park in Surrey.
Next up on Wednesday 24 October is the talented Abdul Yaseen head chef at Cinammon Kitchen. His Anglo-Indian game-inspired menu created exclusively for the Freemasons, is a culinary experience not to be missed!
The young guns join Steve in the kitchen on Thursday 25 October with a show of up and coming talent. The rising stars of the Freemasons’ Game Week are Mark Poynton of Restaurant Alimentum, Paul Foster from Tuddenham Mill, Chris Underwood pastry chef at Tom Aitkens and Mark Birchall head chef of the recently crowned 10 out of 10 L’Enclume and the 2011 Roux Scholar. Working alongside Steve, they will be producing creative and contemporary game dishes.
