East Meets West!
This year’s special East Meets West dinner will be hosted by Chef Patron, Steven Smith of Freemasons at Wiswell and guest Head Chef Victor Yu from the highly acclaimed Yu Alderley Edge (http://yualderleyedge.com). This unique collaboration will see the two chefs fusing their superior culinary talents and styles together to produce an exquisite 5 course journey through the rich food history of both nations, using only the freshest, finest seasonal ingredients.
