The Freemasons’ Chef Patron Steven Smith is one of the keenest huntsman in the area, he’s itching to get out at the crack of dawn to bag the first grouse of the season. Steven and the team will be shooting and preparing a beautiful bird bounty on the same day – you can’t get fresher!
Be amongst the first to taste this phenomenal jewel from nature’s larder on Thursday 17th August, but be quick off the mark as places are already selling out fast.
And for those non-game lovers, we have an alternative fish dish on our menu!
